手表行业在生产流转中的包装方案设计

摘要 手表产品大部分表面采用了抛光面处理,在生产流转及存储的过程中为了避免磕碰、刮擦等对手表外观造成损坏,往往需要对手表进行额外的包装保护。目前各大手表厂商均采用的是人工包装模式,效率低下。为改进生产效率,文章对真空包装及热缩膜包装技术分别进行了手表包装试验。试验结论表明两种包装方式均能提高现有的手表包装效率,并对比分析了两种包装方式的优劣。 Most of the surface of watch products are polished, in the process of production circulation and storage, in order to avoid collision, scraping and other damage to the af)f)earance of the watch, it is often necessary to cany out additional packaging protection of the watch. At present, the major watch manufacturers are using manual packaging mode, inefficient. In order to improve the production efficiency, the vacuum packaging and thermal shrinkage lilm packaging te(*hnology were tested in watch packag-ing. The experimental results show that the two packaging methods can imf)rove the existing watch packaging efficiency, and the ad-vantages and disadvantages of the two packaging methods are compared and analyzed.
