大桥水库灌区一期工程填方渠道防渗治理的探讨

大桥水库灌区一期工程自2008年全线通水以来,填方渠道发生渗漏是116公里渠系在工程运行中难以避免并且不能忽视的问题,也属于一类不易处理、根治困难的安全隐患,严重威胁着大桥水库灌区一期工程的安全运行和渠系沿线人民群众的生命财产安全。加之大桥水库灌区一期工程战线长、范围广,填方渠道的防渗治理一直是工程运行管理人员一项长期性的系统工作。
