摘要
熔模铸件容易形成气孔及充型不完整的缺陷,文章对铸钢件气孔缺陷进行调查分析,发现铸钢件气孔缺陷中的侵入性气孔铸件加工易导致铸件报废,而其他气孔缺陷也较为常见,并在分析气孔形成因素基础上提出了预防措施。
It is easy to form porosity and incomf)lete mold filling in investment castings. In this Paper, the porosity defects of steel castings are investigated and analyzed. It is found that the invasive porosity castings in the porosity defects of steel castings are easy to lead to the scrapping of castings. Other stomatal defects are also common, and the preventive measures are put forward on the l)asis of analyzing the factors of stomatal formation.
