摘要
由于受地理位置差、气油比低、单井产量低等因素影响,大庆外围低产低渗透油田个别区块采用了树状电加热集油工艺,该工艺应用过程中存在故障率高、耗电量大等问题,特别是由于平台汇管接头多、分布密、故障率高,平台及单井井口集油汇管都极易出现停运故障。为了降低电加热故障率,减少维修工作量,AN油田在问题平台汇管试验使用穿心电缆加热工艺,从接头数量和故障频率两方面对其应用情况进行分析,对应用效果进行总结,并从采用穿线器穿线、加装时间继电器和改进穿心电缆加热工艺管理三方面入手,进一步完善了穿心电加热工艺的应用及管理,为树状电加热集油工艺的应用进行了有力补充。
Due to the influence of factors such as poor geographical location, low gas oil ratio and low single well production,the low-yield and low-permeability oilfield outside Daqing adopts the tree electric heating oil gathering process in individual blocks. There are problems such as high failure rate and high power consumption in the process of application. Particularly, platform manifolds have many connections, high distribution density and high failure rate, so the oil gathering manifolds in platforms and single- well wellheads are prone to shut down. In order to reduce the failure rate of electric heating and the maintenance workload, AN Oilfield uses the feed- through cable heating process in the problem platform manifold test, analyzes its application situation from two aspects, namely the number of connectors and the frequency of failure, and summarizes the application effects. The application and management of feed- through electrical heating technology are further improved from three aspects of wire piercing by threader,installation of time relay and improvement of heating process management of feed-through cable,which is a powerful supplement to the application of tree electric heating oil gathering technology.
