国产化FSM设备在高含硫气田输气管道上的应用 被引量:3

摘要 FSM即电指纹法腐蚀监测,是一种基于电位列阵的金属管道/压力容器的在线腐蚀监测技术。针对进口FSM价格较高、购买配件周期长、检测精度低等问题,有针对性地进行了国产化FSM在线监测系统研发,在牵扯效应的消除与数据处理系统的提升等方面做了一定改进与创新,并进行了现场应用;同时结合超声波测厚技术验证了国产化FSM设备在高含硫气田输气管道上的检测结果的可靠性,结果表明:国产化FSM设备测量的管道壁厚和常规的超声波测厚仪测量的管道壁厚具有一致性,其相对精度在±1.0%以内,测量结果具有可信性。在全周向腐蚀监测的管道范围之内,电场指纹法不仅监测到了管道的均匀腐蚀和局部腐蚀,而且能定位各局部腐蚀发生的具体位置。 FSM, namely the field signature method, is a kind of online corrosion monitoring technology for metal pipeline and pressure vessel based on potential array. The imported FSM have problems such as high price, long period of purchasing accessories and low detection accuracy, so the home-made FSM online monitoring system is developed accordingly, improvement and innovation are made to eliminate involving effect and improve data treatment processing,and on-site application is conducted. At the same time, combined with ultrasonic thickness measurement technology the detection result reliability of homemade FSM equipment in the gas pipeline of high sulfur gas field is verified. The results show that pipe wall thickness measured by homemade FSM equipment has consistency with that measured by the conventional ultrasonic thickness gauge, the relative accuracy is within ± 1.0% and the measured results have credibility. Within the scope of pipeline by the whole circumferential corrosion monitoring, the FSM not only can detect the uniform corrosion and local corrosion of the pipeline, but also can identify the specific location of local corrosion.
