摘要 在高精度、高效率的新型遥感航测技术发展的背景下,逐渐开展了空间地理信息技术在油田规划设计中的应用,其中倾斜摄影技术与实景三维建模技术,在油田某厂区设计规划项目中得到应用。通过描述倾斜摄影数据构建三维模型的流程,结合油田地理空间数据,叠加规划编制成果、规划其他专题等数据,构建三维油田规划系统,实现油田建设辅助规划设计、方案评价、规划管理等功能作为规划设计提供决策的依据,提高规划决策的准确性和合理性。采用先进的三维GIS技术,对提高设计效率、规划准确性和直观性有着重要的意义。 With the development of new remote sensing aerial survey technology with high-precision and high-efficiency, the application of spatial geographic information technologies in oilfield planning and design have been gradually developed. Among them, oblique photography and real-scene 3D modeling technology have been adopted in the design and planning project for a certain plant of oilfield. Through describing the process of establishing3D models with oblique photography data, combining with geospatial data of oilfield, and adding data such as planning formulation results and other planning other subjects, the 3D planning system of oilfield is established, and it is realized that the functions of assistant planning and design, scheme evaluation and planning and management for oilfield construction can be seen as the basis for the decision of planning and design,so as to improve the accuracy and ratio-nality of planning and decision. The use of advanced 3D GIS technology has great significance in improving design efficiency,planning accuracy and intuition.
