摘要 舰船横向补给是海上物资和装备的一种主要补给手段,舰船的航态和横向间距是舰船横向补给的关键影响因素。在复杂海况下,单纯依靠补给指挥员的经验及补给规范往往无法得到兼顾补给效率与安全的舰船航态和横向间距值。通过对复杂海况下海上航行补给环境影响因素的深入分析,基于舰船的耐波性理论,建立舰船航态的耐波性安全评估和决策模型。对5级海况下的舰船航态进行计算,通过与相关文献研究的结果以及舰船的补给规范进行对比,证明了计算结果的准确性,验证了该决策方法的可行性与工程应用价值。 Alongside replenishment is one of means for replenishing equipment and supplies to ships on the sea. Sailing attitude and transverse distance between two ships are the main factors affecting the replenishment. In this paper, these influence factors under complex sea conditions are inspected. Based on sea keeping analysis method, a sea keeping safety and decision model for evaluating sailing attitudes of alongside replenishment is established, and sailing attitudes are calculated under the 5th oceanic situation. The results are verified by the ones from literature and the replenishment regulations so as to verify the applicability of the present method in marine engineering.
