摘要
即时物流作为新零售发展的重要支撑,是距离消费者最近、配送距离相对较短的物流服务业态。随着网络零售业的快速发展,消费者对网购物流配送服务提出了更快、更准、更及时的要求。当前我国即时物流业发展存在的主要问题包括需求分散且易受多方面因素影响、配送品类繁多增加了配送难度、从业人员素质较低、流动性较大、城市交通管制造成配送限制。结合当前即时物流业发展面临的政策和技术环境,提出建立行业标准、明确行业规范、创新多种经营模式、优化平台体验、增强政府引导和示范、鼓励行业互助、自律和管理等对策建议。
As an important support for the development of new retail, real-time logistics is a logistics service mode which is closest to consumers with relatively short distribution distance. With the rapid development of online retail industry, consumers require faster, more accurate and more timely services for online shopping distribution. At present, the main problems for the development of China's real-time logistics industry include decentralized demand that is vulnerable to various factors, difficulty increase caused by a variety of distribution categories, low personnel quality and greater mobility of employees, and distribution constraints caused by urban traffic control. Combining with the current policy and technological environment faced by the development of real-time logistics industry, this paper puts forward some suggestions, such as establishing industry standards, defining industry norms, innovating diversified business models, optimizing platform experience, enhancing government guidance and demonstration, encouraging mutual assistance in the industry, and self-discipline and management.
