摘要
基层教学管理是高校教学运转的重要组成,是联系二级院系领导、教师、学生、学校教务部门以及其他院系教学工作的枢纽。传统研究关注的焦点是教学管理人员的素质、现状和工作重要性等,缺乏对教学管理生态属性、生态关系的整体考虑。文章从高校基层教学管理的实际出发,基于生态学视角对新建本科院校基层教学管理人员的专业状况进行了剖析,并从观念转变、生态位提升、专业发展和制度建设等方面提出了相应的对策。
Teaching management in the front line i s the essential part of university management,which functions as a pivot of jointing leaders, teachers, students and other departments and schools in the university together. Traditional research mainly focused on the study of the overall traits and conditions of teaching management staffs, lacking the consideration of the ecological nature and relations from a holistic perspective. This paper, starting from the status quo of the front-line teaching management staffs in the newly-formed universities, probes into the professional ecology of the front-line teaching management staffs in depth from the ecological perspective, and provides suggestions for the corresponding countermeasures from the aspects of changing concepts, improving teaching management staffs’ niche, promoting their professional development and constructing effective working system in the university.
