大学英语写作转述中的言据性实现手段和语用策略研究

摘要 从言据性的理论角度探讨大学英语写作中的转述是大学英语写作教学研究的新思路。文章以非英语专业本科大二学生为受试对象,从言据性实现手段和言据性语用策略两个方面考察其在英语写作中的书面转述行为。研究发现写作中的言据性手段和据素呈现单一聚集性特点,学生对语篇可信度的理解上存在误区,缺少对据素的语用调节。对大学英语写作教学有三点启示:一是鼓励学生寻找直接言据来丰富写作内容;二是重视学生英语词汇量的输出;三是引导学生在引用材料时慎重对待"零据素"。 Approaching reporting from the perspe ctive of evidentiality provides a new insight for the teaching of college English writing. On the basis of the data collected from the writing of non-English major sophomores, reporting is approached from the realization forms and pragmatic strategies of eviden-tiality. It is found that the realization forms and evidentials in the data tend to converge, to some extent,around some identical verbs and structures, without any adjustment of pragmatic strategies. There exists some misunderstanding about text credibility among student writers. It is expected that the research result will serve as enlightenment in the teaching of college English writing---encouraging student writers to seek direct evidence to enrich their writing, attaching importance to vocabulary output and warning them to avoid "zero evidential markers" when citing materials.
