技术与市场互动视角下产业结构转型升级路径研究——以合肥市为例

On the path of industrial structure transformation and upgrade from the perspective of technology and market interaction——taking Hefei City as example

目前合肥市未能将其科技优势转化为产业发展优势,三次产业呈"二三一"的结构形态。先进制造业及其细分行业发展不平衡,现代服务业发展规模较小,发展速度偏慢,科技对产业转型升级未能发挥应有的促进作用。因此,合肥市应从技术创新驱动与市场需求拉动两方面同时"发力",做大做强先进制造业和现代服务业,形成"三二一"的高级化产业结构形态,从而有效促进区域性产业结构转型升级与市域经济持续健康发展。

At present,Hefei City failed to transform its scientific and technological advantages intoits industrial development advantages and its industrial structure is in the order of "two-three-one".Specifically,the scientific-technologyhas failed to play its due role in promotingthe industrial transformation and upgradingithedevelopment of advanced manufacturing industry and its subdivision is not balanced,the development scale of modern service industry is small and its development speed is slow.Therefore,Hefei City should expand its advanced manufacturing and modern service industries byboth technological innovation drive and market demand pull to form the advanced industrial structure of "three-twoone" thus effectively promotingthe transformation and upgrading of regional industrial structure and sustained and healthy development of regional economy in Hefei City.
