依降钙素在腰椎管狭窄症中的疗效观察

摘要 目的:探讨依降钙素应用于腰椎管狭窄症患者的临床疗效。方法:选择门诊收治的腰椎管狭窄症患者97例,随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组52例,使用依降钙素联合甲钴胺治疗;对照组45例,使用双氯芬酸钠胶囊与乙哌立松联合甲钴胺治疗。评定并记录两组患者治疗前及治疗后30 d、60 d、90 d的视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS)和日本整形外科学会治疗评分(JOA)数据,然后进行统计学分析。结果:两组患者治疗后60 d和90 d的VAS评分相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后JOA评分改善指数和改善率均提高,但观察组患者提高幅度显著高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:依降钙素能够有效减轻腰椎管狭窄症患者的腰腿痛,改善腰腿功能障碍,其临床总体疗效明显优于双氯芬酸钠胶囊与乙哌立松。 Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of elcatonin in patients with lumbar spinal stenosis.Methods:All 97 patients with lumbar spinal stenosis admitted to our outpatient clinic were randomly divided into two groups.In the observation group,52 cases were treated with elcatonin combined with mecobalamin,and 45 cases in the control group were treated with diclofenac sodium capsules and eperisone combined with mecobalamin.The VAS and JOA score data of the two groups before treatment,the 30th,60th and 90th days after treatment were evaluated and recorded.Then,these data were analyzed statistically.Results:There was a significant difference in the VAS score between the two groups in the 60th and 90th days after treatment ( P <0.05).The improved index and improvement rate of the JOA scores in the two groups after medical treatment were all increased,but the improvement range of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group ( P <0.05).Conclusion:The application of elcatonin can effectively allay the pain in waist and lower extremities in patients with lumbar spinal stenosis,and improve the patients′ dysfunction of the waist and lower extremities.Its overall clinical efficacy is significantly superior to diclofenac sodium capsules and eperisone.It is worth popularizing in clinical application.
