辛伐他汀与氟伐他汀对急性冠脉综合征患者的调脂作用及对其基质金属蛋白酶9水平的影响

Effects of Simvastatin and Fluvastatin on lipid regulation and the level of matrix metalloproteinase 9 in patients with acute coronary syndrome

摘要 目的:探讨辛伐他汀和氟伐他汀对急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者的调脂作用及对基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)的影响。方法:选取2017年3月—2018年3月72例心内科收治的ACS患者,利用随机数字表法分为辛伐他汀组(口服辛伐他汀)和氟伐他汀组(口服氟伐他汀),每组36例。治疗4周后分析降脂疗效和血清MMP-9水平变化。结果:治疗前两组总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)及MMP-9比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后两组患者TC、TG及LDL-C均低于治疗前(P<0.05),但HDL-C治疗前后比较差异无统计学意义;且治疗后辛伐他汀组TC水平显著低于氟伐他汀组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两组TG、LDL-C及HDL-C比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者治疗后血清MMP-9水平均显著降低(P<0.05),且辛伐他汀组MMP-9降低程度大于氟伐他汀组(P<0.05)。结论:辛伐他汀、氟伐他汀在ACS治疗中有相似的降脂疗效,且辛伐他汀对MMP-9水平影响更明显。 Objective:To investigate the effects of two statins on serum lipids and matrix metalloproteinase 9 (MMP-9) in patients with acute coronary syndrome.Methods:All 72 patients with ACS from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected and divided into simvastatin group and fluvastatin group by random number table,36 cases in each group.The changes of blood lipid index and MMP-9 level were detected and analyzed after 4 weeks of treatment.Results:There was no significant difference in total cholesterol (TC),triglyceride (TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C),high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C)and MMP-9 between the two groups before treatment ( P >0.05).After treatment,TC,TG and LDL-C levels in two groups were lower than those before treatment ( P <0.05),and TC levels in simvastatin group were significantly lower than those in fluvastatin group ( P <0.05).However,there was no significant change in HDL-C after treatment,and there was no significant difference in TG,LDL-C and HDL-C between the two groups after treatment ( P >0.05).The levels of MMP-9 in serum of the two groups were significantly lower after treatment ( P <0.05),and the decrease of MMP-9 in simvastatin group was higher than that in fluvastatin group ( P <0.05).Conclusion:Simvastatin and fluvastatin have similar effects on lipid regulating in ACS patients,and Simvastatin has a more obvious effect on MMP-9.
