简易封闭负压引流技术在压疮患者治疗中的效果观察

Observation on the practical effect of simple sealing negative pressure drainage technique in the treatment of pressure sore patients

目的:分析简易封闭负压引流技术在压疮患者治疗中的实践效果。方法:将2016年4月—2018年8月收治的压疮者76例随机分为对照组(n=38)和观察组(n=38)。对照组患者伤口行传统换药处理,观察组患者伤口行自制简易封闭负压引流技术。比较两组疗效。结果:观察组患者的换药次数、疼痛评分和创面愈合时间均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为97.37%,明显优于对照组(84.21%)(P<0.05)。结论:对压疮患者行简易封闭负压引流技术,治疗效果良好,可减轻患者的疼痛感,缩短创面愈合时间,加快机体恢复。

Objective:To explore the practical effect of simple sealing negative pressure drainage technique in the treatment of pressure sore patients.Methods:All 76 patients with pressure sore received from our hospital were randomly divided into two groups:control group ( n =38) and observation group ( n =38).A simple and closed negative pressure drainage technique was applied to the wound line of the observation group.Observe the curative effect obtained by different methods respectively.Results:The,changing frequency,pain score and wound healing time were significantly lower in observation group than that in the observation group ( P <0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was 97.37%,which was significantly better than that of control group (84.21%)( P <0.05).Conclusion:The simple closed negative pressure drainage technology for patients with pressure sore has the advantages of good treatment effect,reduced pain of the patient,shortened wound healing time,and accelerated body recovery of the patient.
