The anti-war thoughts of Yu Dafu have a profound influence on the Southeast Asian countries.They guide Southeast Asian writers to use their advantages to reveal the crimes of the aggressors in theme,advocate popular culture-poetry and drama to arouse the public's enthusiasm in terms of style,and mobilize fully the resistance of all classes by using vernacular text in language.It greatly inspires the patriotic sentiments of compatriots in these countries in wartime,and contributes to the War of Resistance from literature.
