中部六省新型城镇化发展水平时空分异研究

The Temporal and Spatial Evolution of the Development Level of New Urbanization in Six Central Provinces

单纯的城镇化发展已不能满足现在的发展要求,新型城镇化应运而生。为客观评价中部六省新型城镇化水平,构建新型城镇化综合发展水平评价指标体系,采用纵横向拉开档次法,完全客观地确定各项指标权重,对中部六省2006—2015年新型城镇化综合发展水平从时间和空间两个方面进行分析,并深入分析各省新型城镇化的发展水平,得出以下结论:第一,从新型城镇化发展过程来看,安徽省新型城镇化发展过程最好,整体呈上升趋势,其他五省发展过程都不理想,整体呈下降趋势。第二,从新型城镇化综合发展水平来看,湖北省最好,河南省最差。第三,各省新型城镇化有其各自的发展特点。因此,各省应因地制宜,积极寻找对策,发展各自独特的新型城镇化道路。

The development of simple urbanization no longer meets the current development requirements,and new urbanization has emerged.To objectively evaluate the new level of urbanization in the six provinces of central China,establish a new evaluation index system for the comprehensive development level of urbanization,and use vertical and horizontal pull methods that are different from the previous subjective emotions to determine the weight of each index completely and objectively.The comprehensive development level of new urbanization in six provinces from 2006 to 2015 was analyzed from two aspects:time and space,and the specific content of new urbanization in each province was analyzed.The following conclusions were drawn:First,from the perspective of the new urbanization process,the development process of new urbanization in Anhui Province is the best and the overall trend is upward;the development process in the other five provinces is not ideal and the overall trend is downward.Secondly,from the perspective of the comprehensive development level of new urbanization,Hubei Province is the best and always ranked first.Henan Province is the worst,and it has always ranked last since 2012.Thirdly,the new urbanization in each province has its own characteristics of development.Therefore,the provinces should adjust measures to local conditions,actively seek countermeasures,and develop their own unique new ways of urbanization.
