摘要
立德树人、师德为先,师德是教师职业的灵魂,师德兴则教育兴,研究生导师师德更是关系到我国高层次人才培养质量的根本保证。利用课题组前期构建的研究生导师师德评价指标体系对华东理工大学700名在读研究生进行了调查,发现该校研究生导师师德总体表现优秀,尤其在政治立场和道德底线方面获得学生的高度认可,相对而言在教书育人方面还有提升空间;进一步分析了学生个体特征对导师师德评价的影响,发现学科类别、生源情况和在读年数对师德评价有显著影响。
Teachers'morality is the soul of teachers' profession. Education is flourishing while graduate tutors'morality is the fundamental guarantee for the quality of high-level personnel training in China. This paper investigates 700 postgraduate students in East China University of Technology by using the evaluation index system of postgraduate tutor ethics constructed by the project team in the early stage, and finds that the overall performance ofpostgraduatetutor ethics in East China University of Technology is excellent, especially in the political standpoint and moral bottom line, which is highly recognized by students. In contrast, there is room for improvement in teaching and educating people. It is found that subject categories, student sources and years of study have significant effects on teacher ethics evaluation.
