西部医学院校创新创业教育现状及发展策略研究——以遵义医科大学为例

高校将创新创业教育作为必修课进行全校普及,从意识形态领域对大学生进行创新创业教育,虽进行得如火如荼,也取得了一定的成效,但是在整个教育过程中,尤其是在医学院校里,从教学目标、教学内容、教学方法、师资力量、学生的认可度等方面都存在一定的问题。文章通过梳理创新创业教育的相关文献,进行为期3年的创新创业教学实践,理出三年努力取得的成绩,也厘清高校创新创业教育存在的问题,进行对比分析,寻找到适合遵义医科大学的创新创业教育模式。

Colleges and universities popularize innovation and entrepreneurship education as a compulsory course, and carry out innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students from the ideological field. Although it is in full steam and has achieved certain results, there are certain problems in the whole education process, especially in medical colleges and universities, from the aspects of teaching objectives, teaching contents, teaching methods, teaching faculty and students' recognition. By combing the relevant literature of innovation and entrepreneurship education, this paper carries out a three-year innovation and entrepreneurship teaching practice, sorts out the achievements made in the past three years, and clarifies the existing problems in innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities. Through comparative analysis, this paper tries to find an innovation and entrepreneurship education mode suitable for Zunyi Medical University.
