摘要
校企合作有助于大学生创新实践培养目标的达成,提高人才培养质量。文章以桂林理工大学自动化专业人才培养过程中的校企合作为例,探讨了自动化专业实施校企合作的必要性,以及目前校企合作过程中存在的主要问题。就存在的这些问题,提出了做好校企合作顶层设计,校企合作全程互动四年不断线,创新校企合作新机制等三个方面的应对策略,以提高校企合作的协同育人效果。
College-enterprise cooperation is conducive to achieving the goal of innovative practice training of college students and improving the quality of personnel training. Taking the college-enterprise cooperation in the process of training automation specialty in Guilin University of Technology as an example, the necessity of school-enterprise cooperation in automation specialty and the main problems in the process of college-enterprise cooperation at present are discussed. On these problems, the top-level design of college-enterprise cooperation, cooperation interaction of the whole four years continuously and innovating the new mechanism of college-enterprise cooperation are put forward, which can improve the collaborative educational effect of college-enterprise cooperation.
