在高职网络专业建设中培养学生工匠精神的实践方法的研究

随着课业改革的深入推进,素质教育成为了各个高校的制定发展方针和政策的重要方向,教师也越来越注意增强与学生之间的交流机会,使用创新性教学方法,增加学生课堂积极性和活跃度,营造一种轻松愉悦的课堂氛围,不仅让学生消化基础知识,更是培养学生的创新意识、自主学习能力和合作竞争思维等多种必备实践能力。特别是对于高等职业高校来说,学生们的文化基础参差不齐,教师也没有经过专业的素质教育培训,而且高职学生的未来发展方向主要是就业,所以高校必须要加强学生能力和实践思维等方面的培养工作。文章将以高职网络专业学生为主要的研究对象,探究如何在教学过程中培养学生的工匠精神,以期提升教师的专业素养能力,提高学生整体学习效果。
