探析新时期下如何做好大学生就业“预处理”

新时期下大学生的就业形势依旧艰难,高校作为学生教育的主阵地肩负重任,高校大学生在就业预备期的锤炼与发展显得尤为重要与必要。结合当下的时代背景,通过对理工类学校大学生就业预备期的研究分析,总结出几点对于学生就业预处理的思考与建议,对于学生就业前的成长期教育具有一定的实践意义。
