摘要
结合南阳市地下管线综合信息平台的设计理念和研发实践,阐述了数据库结构和平台的功能设计,为政府及各管线权属单位提供了管理决策的科学依据,为探索地下综合管线信息化管理提供了有效途径。
According to the design concept and development practice of Nanyang City underground pipeline comprehensive information management platform, we described the database structure and function design of the platform in this paper. This study can provide scientific basis of management and decision making for government and pipeline property owners, and effective means of the underground pipeline comprehensive information management.
