摘要
共有建筑面积分摊是房产测绘中重要的环节,一幢综合楼中的电梯井、管井和风井等"竖向井道"分摊是共有建筑面积分摊中的难点。针对问题,结合国标和地标的有关技术规定,对综合楼案例中各种"竖向井道"的分摊进行剖析。
Common floor area apportionment is an important link in real estate surveying and mapping, and for a comprehensive building, the “vertical shaft” allocation of elevator shaft, pipe shaft and air shaft is a difficult point in common floor area apportionment. In this paper, combining with the relevant technical provisions of national standards and landmarks, we analyzed the apportionment of various “vertical shaft” in the case of comprehensive building.
