服务型视角下高校行政管理工作模式的改革与创新

现在有关改革逐渐进行,双一流背景下必须要进行高校行政管理的创新才能够充分符合新时期下高校发展的需求。论文提出了高校行政管理更新的理念以及服务视角下如何对高校行政工作进行改革,从建立更加具有针对性的管理制度以及提高管理队伍的管理素质等方面来推动行政管理的改革创新,进而促进学校有关方面的发展,让高校的行政管理工作能够符合发展的需求。

At present, the reform is proceeding step by step. Under the background of "double first-rate", the innovation of university administration must be carried out, so as to fully meet the needs of university development in the new era. This paper puts forward the concept of administrative renewal in colleges and universities and how to reform the administrative work of colleges and universities from the perspective of service-oriented.
