在新经济时代环境下,知识经济应运而生,这在很大程度上推动着社会的进步和发展,这一理念主要强调利益竞争创新。在现代化社会的发展中,受知识经济管理理念的影响,人力资源管理、知识管理等内容需要根据社会的实际发展得以创新,这样才能够满足现代化社会的发展需求。基于此,论文分析了知识经济管理在新经济时代下的应用,研究了新经济时代环境下知识经济管理的发展。

In the new economic era environment, the knowledge economy arises at the historic moment, which promotes the social progress and development to a large extent. This concept mainly emphasizes the interest competition and innovation. In the development of the modern society, influenced by the concept of knowledge economy management, human resource management, knowledge management and other contents need to be innovated according to the actual development of society, so as to meet the development needs of modern society. Based on this, this paper analyzes the application of knowledge economy management in the new economic era, and studies the development of knowledge economy management in the new economic era.
