人工智能背景下我国制造业普遍应用弹性工作制的探究

Exploration on the Application of the Flexible Working System in China's Manufacturing Industry Under the Background of the Artificial Intelligence

随着人工智能技术的发展,中国制造业的一些职业受到替代的影响。论文通过分析人工智能对我国制造业的影响,分析我国制造业应用弹性工作制的必要性,接着对制造业的三个代表性职业提出不同的弹性工作制应用方法。最后为我国制造业如何在管理新模式下更好地发展提出几点建议。

With the development of the artificial intelligence technology, some professions in China's manufacturing industry have been affected by substitution. Through analyzing the influence of AI, this paper analyzes the necessity of applying flexible working system in the manufacturing industry in China, and proposes different application methods of flexible working system for three representative professions in manufacturing industry. In the end, the paper puts forward some suggestions on how to develop the manufacturing industry under the new management mode.
