国务院发布的《"十三五"国家战略性新兴产业发展规划》中确定了新能源汽车等绿色低碳产业的战略地位。要求大幅提升新能源汽车的应用比例,全面推进高效节能、先进环保和资源循环利用产业体系建设,推动新能源汽车等节能环保的绿色低碳产业成为支柱产业。为响应国家号召,全国各大车企相继推出了自己的纯电动汽车和混合动力车型。但因电动汽车数量相对较少,还正在处于初级发展阶段,当前汽车维修及保养行业还严重缺乏专业的电动汽车维修人才。而且电动汽车在维修的过程中存在较大的安全风险,社会上也发生过很多起因为电动汽车维修不当而导致维修人员人身伤害的安全事故。论文主要讨论电动汽车维修工作中的安全问题。

The strategic position of green low-carbon industries, such as new energy vehicles, is determined in the National Strategic Emerging Industries Development Plan of the 13th Five-Year Plan issued by the State Council. It requires to greatly improve the application ratio of new energy vehicles, and to comprehensively promote the construction of an industrial system featuring high efficiency, energy conservation, advanced environmental protection and recycling of resources, and promote green and low-carbon industries such as new energy vehicles to become pillar industries. In response to the call of the state, major automotive enterprises in China have launched their own pure electric vehicles and hybrid electric vehicles. However, due to the relatively small number of electric vehicles, it is still in the primary stage of development. At present, there is a serious lack of professional electric vehicle maintenance personnel in the automobile maintenance and maintenance industry. Moreover, there are great safety risks in the process of maintenance of electric vehicles, and there have been many accidents of personal injury caused by improper maintenance of electric vehicles in society. The paper mainly discusses the safety problems in the maintenance of electric vehicles.
