二级管理体制下高职院校教学秘书队伍建设研究——以宁波职业技术学院为例

Research on the Construction of the Teaching Secretary Team in Higher Vocational Colleges Under the Secondary Management System——Taking Ningbo Polytechnic as an Example

在当前二级体制下的高职院校教学工作的正常运转中,日常的教务管理工作不可或缺。论文以宁波职业技术学院为例,分析目前高职院校教学秘书队伍的现状、二级体制管理下高职院校教学秘书的定位、所需要具备的基本素质,并提出高职院校加强教学秘书队伍建设的建议。

In the normal operation of teaching in higher vocational colleges under the current secondary system, daily educational management is indispensable. Taking Ningbo Polytechnic as an example, this paper analyzes the current situation of teaching secretary team in higher vocational colleges, the positioning of teaching secretary team in higher vocational colleges under the secondary system management, and the basic qualities required, and puts forward some suggestions on strengthening the construction of teaching secretary team in higher vocational colleges.
