明挖隧道模板台车的现状、发展及展望

The Present Situation, Development and Prospect of the Template Tray of the Open Cut Tunnel

浇筑隧道衬砌混凝土需要模板台车进行施工,它不仅操作方便且成本低,而且其机构可靠、隧道成型面好。论文综述了国内外隧道模板台车的现状,以明挖隧道模板台车为例,简述了明挖隧道施工工法,结构组成,使用现状和发展趋势,并对明挖隧道模板台车的未来进行了展望。

Casting tunnel lining concrete requires template trolley for construction. It is not only easy to operate but also low in cost, and its mechanism is reliable, and the tunnel forming surface is good. In this paper, the present situation of the tunnel template tray at home and abroad is summarized. Taking the open cut tunnel template tray as a special case, the construction method, structure composition, application status and development trend of the open cut tunnel construction are briefly described, and the future of the open cut tunnel template tray is prospected.
