摘要
核电厂安全壳穹顶吊装之前必须先确保穹顶吊装单元的起吊平衡,通过穹顶理论重心位置来调整吊装单元的配重是保持起吊平衡的有效方法。论文提出一种基于离散数学的安全壳穹顶重心计算方法来得出穹顶吊装单元的理论重心位置,为现场精确调整吊装配重提供理论依据。
Before lifting the dome of nuclear power plant containment, the balance of lifting units must be ensured. Adjusting the weight of the lifting unit by the location of gravity center of the dome is an effective method to maintain the lifting balance. This paper proposes a calculation method of the center of gravity of the containment dome based on discrete mathematics to obtain the theoretical location of gravity center of the dome lifting unit. It provides the theoretical basis for the precise adjustment of lifting weight on site.
