重用仙鹤草治疗癌症相关性疲乏经验初探

Preliminary Study on the Treatment of Cancer-related Fatigue by Reusing Herba Agrimoniae

目的:探索中医药治疗癌症相关性疲乏的药物和方法。方法:复习整理历代医籍文献,结合"虚劳"一证辨治经验和仙鹤草目前临床应用及抗肿瘤研究现状,重用仙鹤草60～100g结合中医辨证治疗癌症相关性疲乏。结果:大剂量仙鹤草结合辨证论治总结出的经验基础方治疗癌症相关性疲乏取得满意疗效。结论:重用仙鹤草治疗癌症相关性疲乏理论及临床应用证据充分,值得进一步挖掘和研究。

Objective: To explore the Chinese medicine treatment of cancer related fatigue drugs and methods. Methods: To review and sort out the medical literature of past dynasties, combined with the experience of syndrome differentiation and treatment of "deficiency fatigue' and the current clinical application and anti-tumor research status of Herba Agrimoniae, re-use the 60- lOOg Herba Agrimoniae combined with the dialectical treatment of cancer related fatigue of traditional Chinese medicine. Results: The experience-based prescription of high-dose Herha Agrimoniae combined with TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment was proved to be effective in the treatment of cancer-related fatigue. Conclusion: The theory and clinical application of reusing Herha Agrimoniae in the treatment of canc er related fatigue have sufficient evidence, which is worthy of further exploration and research.
