自制引流管和大黄芒硝外敷对剖宫产肥胖产妇手术切口愈合的影响

Effects of Self-made Drainage Tube and Rhubarb Glauber Application on the Healing of Surgical Incision in Obese Women Undergoing Cesarean Section

目的:分析自制引流管和大黄芒硝外敷对剖宫产肥胖产妇手术切口愈合的影响。方法:选取2016年5月至2018年5月医院收治的行剖宫产的肥胖产妇200例作为研究对象,随机分为两组:常规组产妇100例行常规干预,研究组产妇100例在常规干预基础上给予自制引流管引流和大黄芒硝外敷。比较两组产妇切口愈合效果、愈合时间、住院时间、脂肪液化发生率和疼痛程度。结果:干预1周后,研究组产妇手术切口愈合效果显著优于常规组(P<0.05);研究组产妇VAS评分显著低于常规组(P<0.05);研究组切口脂肪液化发生率、切口愈合时间、住院时间显著低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:自制引流管和大黄芒硝外敷促进了剖宫产肥胖产妇手术切口愈合,减少了手术切口脂肪液化的发生,缩短了愈合时间和住院时间,并减轻了产妇疼痛程度。

Objective: To investigate the effects of self-made drainage tube and Rhubarb, Glauber application on the healing of surgical incision in obese women undergoing cesarean section.Methods 200 cases of cesarean section from May 2016 to May 2018 were selected as the research objects, according to the rnndom number table method, they were divided into two groups (n=100): The conventioniil group was given routine intervention, on the basis of routine intervention, the study group was given self-made drainage tube and Rhubarb, Glauber application.The effect of incision healing, healing time, hospitalization time, incidence of fat liquefaction and pain course were compared between the two groups. Besults: After 1 weeks of intervention, the wound healing effect of the study group was significantly better than that of the conventional group (P<0.05): The VAS score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the conventional group (P<0.05);The incidence of incision fat liquefaction, incision healing time and hospitalization time in the study group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The self-made drainage tube and rhubarb mirabilite external application promoted the healing of surgical incision of obese parturients undergoing cesarean section, reduced the occurrenee of fat liquefaction of surgical incision, shortened the healing time and hospitalization time, and alleviated the pain degree of parturients.
