养血祛风颗粒联合润肤保湿乳膏对血虚风燥型银屑病患者皮肤屏障功能相关指标及生活质量的影响

Effects of Yangxue Qufeng Granules Combined with Moisturizing Cream on Skin Barrier Function and Quality of Life of Patients with Blood Deficiency and Dryness psoriasis

目的:观察养血祛风颗粒联合润肤保湿乳膏对血虚风燥型银屑病患者皮肤屏障功能及生活质量的影响。方法:把60例随机分成对照组和观察组各30例,对照组给予尿素乳膏治疗。观察组在此基础上给予自拟养血祛风颗粒治疗。观察两组治疗前后中医主要症状积分、皮肤屏障功能相关指标、DLQI量表评分的变化情况及临床疗效。结果 :观察组与对照组总有效率分别为93.33%和46.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组中医主要症状及DLQI量表评分较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05);两组皮肤油脂及水分含量均提高(P<0.05),pH值(P<0.01)降低,观察组改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:养血祛风颗粒联合润肤保湿乳膏能明显改善血虚风燥型银屑病患者的皮肤屏障功能和生活质量。

Objective: To observe the effect of Yangxue Qufeng granules combined with moisturizing cream on skin harrier function and quality of life of patients with blood deficiency and dryness psoriasis. Methods: 60 patients with blood deficiency and rheumatic psoriasis were divided into control group and observation group according to the random closed envelope method, and the control group was given urea cream treatment. On the basis of this, the observation group was treated with Yangxue Qufeng granules. To observe the changes of main symptom score, skin barrier function index, DLQI scale score and clinical efficacy before and after treatment.Results: the total effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 93.33% and 46.67% respectively, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The main symptoms and DLQI scale scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05). Both groups showed increased skin oil and water content (P<0.05) and decreased pH value (P<0.01). The improvement of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Yangxue Qufeng granules combined with moisturizing cream can significantly improve the skin barrier function and quality of life of patients with blood deficiency and dryness psoriasis.
