补中益气汤加味对促进阴挺产妇产后盆底肌功能康复影响

Effect of Modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction on Promoting Postpartum pelvic Floor Muscle Function Rehabilitation of Puerperal Women with Yin Stiffness

目的:探求阴挺产妇产后采用补中益气汤加味治疗对其盆底肌功能康复的影响。方法:研究对象为2016年2月—2017年10月收治的产后出现阴挺患者96例,按双盲法将其分为对照组和试验组,对照组48例采用生物反馈电刺激仪治疗,试验组48例采用生物反馈电刺激仪联合补中益气汤加味治疗,治疗6个月后,评估2组疗效、盆底肌功能恢复情况。结果:对照组有效率较试验组低,差异具有统计学意义;治疗后,2组盆底肌张力评分均高于治疗前,且试验组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义。结论:阴挺产妇产后采用补中益气汤加味治疗可提升治疗效果,促进盆底肌功能恢复。

Objective: To explore the effect of modified Buzhong Yiqi decoction on the recovery of pelvic floor musclefunction in puerperal women with Yin stiffness. Methods: 96 patients with postpartum stiffness of Yin who were admittedto our hospital from February 2016 to October 2017 were divided into control group and experimental group accordingto double-blind method. 48 patients in control group were treated with biofeedback electric stimulation instrument,and 48 patients in experimental group were treated with biofeedback electric stimulation instrument combined with Buzhong Yiqi decoction according to the design of scientific research. It should be random, double-blind and so on, notthe will of patients or doctors. After 6 months of treatment, the curative effect and pelvic floor muscle function recoveryof the two groups were evaluated. Results: The total effective rate of the control group was lower than that of the experimentalgroup, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);after treatment, the pelvic floor muscle tension scoreof the two groups was higher than that before treatment, and the experimental group was higher than that of the controlgroup, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Modified Buzhong Yiqi decoction can improvethe therapeutic effect and promote the recovery of pelvic floor muscle function in puerperal women with Yin stiffness.
