消炎膏对混合痔术后创面的影响

Effect of Anti-inflammatory Cream on Wound after Mixed Hemorrhoid Operation

目的 :观察消炎膏对混合痔术后创面的影响。方法 :将60例接受混合痔外剥内扎手术患者随机分为两组各30例,试验组创面外用消炎膏换药,对照组创面外用凡士林纱布换药,两组均在术后第2天开始换药,早晚各一次。观察两组术后第2,4,6天创面疼痛、创面出血、肛缘水肿评分变化,统计两组创面愈合速度。结果 :试验组术后第4、6天创面疼痛、创面出血评分低于对照组术后同期(P<0.05);两组术后肛缘水肿评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组愈合速度快于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:外用消炎膏换药能够促进混合痔术后创面愈合,减轻术后并发症。

Objective: To observe the Effect of anti-inflammatory cream on wound healing after mixed hemorrhoid operation. Methods: 60 patients receiving Milligan-Morgan operation were randomly divided into two groups of 30 cases each.In the experimental group, the wound was dressed with anti-inflammatory cream. In the control group, the wound was dressed with vaseline gauze. Both groups began dressing the wound on day 2 after operation, morning and night. The changes of wound pain, wound bleeding and anal edema on day 2, 4 and 6 after operation in the two groups were observed, and the wound healing velocity in the two groups was counted. Results: The wound pain score and the bleeding score on day 4, 6 after operation in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the postoperative anal edema score between the two groups (P>0.05);The healing velocity in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Dressing the wound with anti-inflammatory cream can promote wound healing after mixed hemorrhoid operation and relieve postoperative complications.
