肩凝汤加减联合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗肩周炎(风寒湿痹型)临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Treating Shoulder Periarthritis (wind cold wet Arthralgia Type) by Jianning Decoction Plus Sodium Hyaluronate Joint Cavity Injection

目的:观察肩凝汤加减联合玻璃酸钠治疗肩周炎(风寒湿痹型)的临床疗效。方法:选取2017年10月—2018年04月安徽中医药大学第一附属医院骨科门诊的肩周炎患者50例,随机分为观察组和对照组各25例,观察组采用安徽中医药大学第一附属医院骨科张建华教授的肩凝汤加减联合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗,对照组采用玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗,治疗1个疗程后观察2组患者治疗前后的Neer肩关节功能评分、有效率。结果:治疗1个疗程后,观察组治疗后的Neer肩关节功能评分的改善情况以及有效率均优于对照组,且差异有统计学意义。结论:肩凝汤加减联合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗肩周炎(风寒湿痹型),值得临床推广应用。

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Jianning decoction combined with sodium hyaluronate injection in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis (wind cold wet arthralgia type). Methods: 50 cases of scapulohumeral periarthritis in the department of orthopedics of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of traditional Chinese medicine from October 2017 to April 2018 were randomly divided into 25 cases in the observation group and the control group. The observation group was treated by the Professor ZHANG Jianhua in the department of orthopedics, the First Affiliated Hospital of the Anhui traditional Chinese Medicine University, with the combined treatment of sodium hyaluronate and sodium hyaluronate. The control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate injection. After 1 courses of treatment, Neer shoulder joint function score and total efficiency were observed before and after the treatment of the two groups. Results: After 1 courses of treatment, Neer shoulder joint function score and total effective rate of the observation group after treatment were better than those of the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Treatment of shoulder periarthritis (wind cold wet arthralgia type) by Jianning decoction plus joint injection of sodium hyaluronate is worthy of clinical application.
