《说文》从“■”之字研究

Characters Affiliated to “■” in Shuo Wen Jie Zi (说文解字)

《说文》中从"■"的字共有9个,大部分是用"省声"来注音的。这种方式不仅起注音作用,还反映了汉字读音变化。从字义上分析,《说文》对几个省声字的归类,既有一定的道理,又存在不足之处。《说文》中会意字有"寒"和"塞",二者来源不同,所从"■"的古文字字形不同,意义有别,在汉字教学中,我们应该注意其中的区别。

There are nine Characters affiliated to “■” in Shuo Wen Jie Zi (说文解字),most of whose phonetic element came from the omission of other characters.This way can be used in phonetic notation.It also reflects the evolution of pronunciation of Chinese characters.By analyzing the literal meanings of the characters,it can be found that the classification of such characters in Shuo Wen Jie Zi (说文解字) was basically reasonable.The associative compounds of “寒” and “塞” have different origins;therefore,the patterns and meanings of ancient characters of “■” that they affiliated to are also different.
