盐酸特比萘芬乳膏封包治疗角化型足癣的效果

Effect of terbinafine hydrochloride cream and encapsulation on the treatment of keratotic tinea pedis

目的探析盐酸特比萘芬乳膏封包治疗角化型足癣的临床效果。方法 80例角化型足癣患者,采用抽签法分为对照组和实验组,各40例。实验组患者使用盐酸特比萘芬乳膏涂抹,并进行封包治疗,对照组患者使用盐酸特比萘芬乳膏涂抹,不进行封包治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果。结果实验组患者治疗总有效率为95.0%,明显高于对照组的80.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者症状和体征总积分(TSS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗2周后,两组患者TSS评分明显低于治疗前,且实验组患者TSS评分明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用盐酸特比萘芬乳膏封包治疗角化型足癣的效果显著,可加速药物的吸收、渗透,值得临床应用。

Objective To discuss and analyze the clinical effect of terbinafine hydrochloride cream and encapsulation on the treatment of keratotic tinea pedis. Methods A total of 80 patients with keratotic tinea pedis were divided by lottery methods into control group and experimental group, with 40 cases in each group. The experimental group was treated with terbinafine hydrochloride cream and encapsulation, while the control group was treated with terbinafine hydrochloride cream without encapsulation. The treatment effect in two groups was compared. Results The experimental group had total treatment effective rate as 95.0% than 80.0% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Before treatment, both groups had no statistically significant in total symptom score (TSS)(P>0.05). After 2 weeks of treatment, both groups had obviously lower TSS score than those before treatment, and the experimental group had obviously lower TSS score than the control group. Their difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Terbinafine hydrochloride cream and encapsulation is effective in the treatment of keratotic tinea pedis, and it can accelerate the absorption and penetration of drugs. It is worthy of clinical application.
