生态旅游圈建设对所辖地区的发展机遇空前,但挑战也不少。根据丽江的优势,要紧紧围绕建设区域旅游交通综合枢纽、文旅创新示范中心、区域科教中心、信息技术产业基地、节事会展窗口等目标,发挥建设区的辐射、带动作用,主动服务对接毗邻区域,打造生态旅游区门户枢纽。在战略上要加强区域合作、争取重大政策和项目支持、建立跨省区联合行动机制,开展旅游项目双边与多边合作。

The construction of ecotourism circle has unprecedented opportunities for the development of the region under its jurisdiction , but there are also many challenges. According to the advantages of Lijiang, we should closely focus on the construction of regional tourism and transportation comprehensive hub, cultural and tourism innovation demonstration center, regional science and education center, information technology industry base, Festival and Exhibition window, give full play to the radiation and driving role of the construction area, actively serve the adjacent areas, and build the portal hub of the eco-tourism area. Strategically, we should strengthen regional cooperation, win support from major policies and projects, establish joint action mechanism across provinces and regions, and carry out bilateral and multilateral cooperation in tourism projects.
