煤与瓦斯突出相似材料常用黏结剂对比试验研究 被引量:6

摘要 为比较水泥、石膏、腐植酸3种黏结剂在制作煤与瓦斯突出相似材料时对材料强度和瓦斯解吸性能方面的影响,利用岩石三轴试验机和瓦斯放散初速度测定仪,获得了不同黏结剂条件下相似材料的单轴抗压强度和瓦斯放散初速度数据。研究结果表明:相似材料的单轴抗压强度随黏结剂比例的增大而增大,水泥作为黏结剂对材料单轴抗压强度的影响幅度最大,分别添加5%~20%的水泥、石膏、腐植酸,材料的最大单轴抗压强度分别为6.165、2.02、1.63 MPa;材料的瓦斯放散初速度随黏结剂比例的增大而减小,随着黏结剂比例的增大材料的瓦斯放散初速度变化程度从大到小依次为水泥、腐植酸和石膏。 To compare the effects of cement, gypsum and humic acid on the material strength and gas desorption of coal and gas outburst similar materials. Uniaxial compressive strength and initial velocity of gas emission of similar materials under different binder conditions were obtained by using rock triaxial testing machine and gas emission initial velocity tester. The results show that the uniaxial compressive strength of similar materials increases with the increase of the proportion of binder, and taking cement as binder has the largest influence on the uniaxial compressive strength of materials. With the addition of 20% cement,gypsum and humic acid, the maximum uniaxial compressive strength of the material was 6.165, 2.02 and 1.63 MPa, respectively.The initial gas release velocity of the material decreases with the increase of the binder proportion, and the initial gas release velocity of the material changes from large to small, followed by cement, humic acid and gypsum.
