Under the background of the rapid development of the construction industry, housing construction is prone to unreasonable structural design, low economic efficiency, security performance can not be guaranteed. Based on the detailed analysis of the principle of building optimization, this paper puts forward the key optimization technology in the application process, in order to provide some reference and basis for further improving the rationality and scientificity of structural design.
