业扩配套电网工程建设的研究

Research on the Construction of Supporting Power Grid Engineering in Business Expansion

近年来,城市的人口规模不断扩大,工业、商业、居民生活需求持续增长,电网供电压力越来越大,而国网精细化管理和业扩优质服务要求业务办理提速,业扩配套工程面临诸多瓶颈。为此,制定了业扩报装及配套电网工程的相关规范化流程,由供电企业负责投资建设,积极解决相关问题,以满足客户新装增容的用电需求,提升用户用电的及时性、安全性和稳定性。论文旨在对当前业务办理过程抽丝剥茧,总结逻辑关系和各部门角色权力清单,达到利用信息技术改善沟通机制,优化服务的目的。

In recent years, the size of the city’s population has been expanding, with the continuous growth of industry, commerce and residents’ lives demands, the grid is under increasing pressure. However, the fine management of state grid and the high-quality service of business expansion require the business to speed up, and the supporting projects of business expansion face many bottlenecks. For this case, the relevant standardized process of business expansion and installation and supporting power grid project is formulated. The power supply enterprises are responsible for investment and construction, and actively solve relevant problems, so as to meet customers’ demand for newly installed and increased capacity, and improve the timeliness, safety and stability of users’ electricity. This paper aims to simplify the current business process, summarize the logical relationship and the list of roles and powers of each department, so as to improve the communication mechanism and optimize the service by using information technology.
