浅谈±1100kV古泉换流站大件运输车辆爆胎率问题

摘要 从临时大件码头至古泉换流站的运输采用公路运输,运输路线复杂,尤其在进站的9km山路,路窄坡多,转弯处多达80个,这给需要频繁转向的液压平板车轮胎带来了巨大的挑战,爆胎现象经常发生。为解决频繁爆胎问题,设计了液压平板车自带洒水系统,大大降低了运输途中的爆胎现象。 The transportation of the exchange flow from a temporary large wharf to the Guquan converter station is carried by road, and the transportation route is complex. Especially in the station of 9 km of mountain road, the road more narrow slope, turning up to 80. Therefore, it brings great challenge to the hydraulic flat truck tire which needs frequent steering. The phenomenon of tire blasting often occurs. In order to solve the problem of frequent tire explosion, we design a hydraulic flat plate car with its own sprinkler system, which greatly reduces the phenomenon of tire blasting during transportation.
