摘要 主要对预应力技术在高层建筑施工中的应用进行分析。介绍了预应力施工技术在高层建筑中应用的必要性及优势,从钢绞线下料、安装垫板与波纹管、预应力筋安装、预应力筋拉和锚固、预应力筋端部处理、压浆等方面,详细分析了预应力施工过程中的难点和技术要点,以期提高高层建筑施工中预应力技术的施工质量。 This paper analyzes the application of prestressed technology in high-rise building construction, introduces the necessity and advantages of the application of prestressed construction technology in high-rise buildings, analyzes in detail the difficulties and technical points in the construction process of prestressed steel strand from the following aspects: blanking of steel strand, installation of gasket and bellows,installation of prestressed steel reinforcement, tension and anchorage of prestressed steel reinforcement, end treatment of prestressed steel reinforcement and grouting, etc., so as to improve the construction quality of prestressed technology in high-rise building construction.
