With the development of social economy and the acceleration of urbanization, the construction industry is also developing rapidly.The quality of civil engineering is related to the development of the construction industry and it is the focus of construction project management.Therefore, it is of great significance to strengthen the construction management of civil engineering projects. This paper analyzes the problems and countermeasures of quality management in the construction process of civil engineering.
