The project management of the general contracting mode is the future development trend of the construction industry in China.This paper starts with the introduction of supply chain management and the main management thought, analyzes the cooperative motivation reason of the overall contract supply chain of the electric power project, and finally studies the application of the cooperative management mode of the overall contract supply chain of the electric power engineering.
