随着社会经济的不断发展,能够最大化地实现企业的经济效益,成为了当前施工企业的最大目标。而其中决定着企业发展的重要之处就是施工造价的管理。论文主要针对土建工程中所存在的造价控制问题进行论述,并提出一些解决措施,希望有所帮助。

With the continuous development of social economy, it has become the biggest target of current construction enterprises to maximize the economic benefits of enterprises. The management of construction cost is one of the most important factors that determine the development of enterprises. This paper mainly discusses the cost control problems existing in civil engineering, and puts forward some solutions, hoping to be helpful.
