EPC承包商在设计阶段发现,某工程初步设计计算钢结构工程量时只考虑了构造图净量,遗漏了钢立柱下方的数千座柱脚板和预埋锚栓,故向建设单位提出了费用补偿申请。论文从各行业初步设计编制深度的角度探讨该费用补偿的论据在此合同条件下是否成立的问题。

The EPC contractor found that during the design phase, when calculating the steel structure quantity in the preliminary design of a project, only the net quantity of the structure diagram was considered, and thousands of column feet and embedded anchor bolts under the steel column were omitted. Therefore, an application for cost compensation was submitted to the construction unit. This paper discusses whether the argument of the expense compensation is valid under the condition of this contract from the angle of the preliminary design and establishment of each industry.
