新疆物流发展与对外贸易增长的耦合协调关系研究

Research on the Coupling Coordinated Correlation between Xinjiang Logistics Development and Foreign Trade Growth

基于物流发展与对外贸易增长的相关性,通过构建物流发展与对外贸易增长系统综合评价指标体系并运用耦合协调度模型,实证研究了1990年～2016年新疆物流发展与对外贸易增长的耦合协调水平。结果表明:新疆对外贸易增速较慢、综合水平较低,严重滞后于现代物流发展水平,两者差距较大;其耦合协调度从1990年的0.0538升至2016年的0.4014,耦合协调水平从极度失调升至濒临失调衰退状态,但并未实现协调发展。

Based on the correlation between logistics development and foreign trade growth,this paper empirically studies the coupling coordination level of Xinjiang logistics development on foreign trade growth from1990 to 2016 by building the systematically comprehensive evaluation index system of logistics development and foreign trade growth and using coupling coordination degree model.The results reveal that Xinjiang foreign trade growth is slower,suffered from lower level and it was seriously lagged behind the modern logistics development level,and the difference was larger;the coupling coordination degree increased from 0.0538 in 1990 to 0.4014 in 2016,the coupling coordination degree was improved from severely imbalance to verge disordering regression,but still remained in uncoordinated state.
