优化提取藏药甘青兰中萜类有效成分

Optimizing the Extraction of Active Constituents of Terpenoids from Tibetan Medecine Priyngku

目的:考察不同提取方法,优化藏药甘青兰中萜类有效成分的提取条件。方法:齐墩果酸为检测指标,通过溶剂体积分数、提取时间和温度的优化,提高藏药甘青兰中萜类成分的提取率。结果:超声法提取萜类成分的得率大于回流法提取得率,且超声法提取藏药甘青兰中萜类的优化条件为:温度60℃时,用90%的乙醇,提取30min,得率为0.58%。结论:此试验方法科学,设计合理,为高效提取藏药甘青兰中萜类成分,从而进一步利用和开发藏药甘青兰中萜类活性成分奠定基础。

Objective: To investigate the methods of different extraction, optimize the extraction conditions of terpenoids in Tibetan medicine Priyngku. Methods: Oleanolic acid was the index compound when terpenoids was extracted by means of optimizing. The extraction rate of terpenoids in Priyngku was improved by optimization of solvent volume fraction, extraction time and temperature. Results:The yield of terpenoids was greater by ultrasonic extraction than that of reflux, and the optimal conditions were obtained at 60℃ with90% Ethanol, in 30 min, which the yield was 0.58%. Conclusion: This method is scientific and reasonable in design, which provides a good way for extracting the terpenoids from Priyngku. And it will be benefit of further utilization and development of active ingredients in Tibetan medicine Priyngaku.
